Accessibility Statement

What we do to keep this site usable for everyone, where we know it falls short, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Last updated: August 16, 2026

What we are aiming at

We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That is a target we work toward continuously rather than a certificate we hold, and this page is meant to be honest about the difference.

What is in place

  • Text and background colors are checked against the AA contrast ratio on every color scheme this site ships with.
  • Every page has one top-level heading and a heading structure that follows the content rather than the styling.
  • The site works with the keyboard alone, and interactive elements say what they are to a screen reader.
  • Photographs carry alternative text written by a person, not derived from a filename.
  • Long text blocks collapse behind a control, but the text itself is always present — nothing is hidden from assistive technology.
  • Layouts are tested at phone widths as well as desktop, and the site respects a reduced-motion preference.

Where we know we fall short

The booking form is built and served by a third party. We do not control its markup, and we cannot guarantee its accessibility to the same standard as the rest of the site. If the form is a barrier for you, call and we will take the booking on the phone. That is not a workaround we offer reluctantly — it is a perfectly normal way to book with us.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site prevented you from doing what you came to do, we want to know. Call , and describe what happened and which page it was on. We will reply, and we will fix what we can.

Tell us the model number and what it is doing.
