Contact

Bosch service in Miami — talk to the people who do the repairs.

Tell us the model number and what the unit is doing, and we will come back with the earliest visit we can genuinely keep. If it is faster to talk it through, call — the line is answered by somebody who books the work, not by a menu.

Three ways to reach us

Whichever is quickest for you.

All three reach the same people. Nothing here goes to a call center in another state.

Call (305) 783-3552. Mon–Sun, 8am–8pm. If we are on a job, leave the model number and what the unit is doing, and we call back.

Book a visit. The form on this page takes about two minutes and is the surer route at night. It reaches the same schedule the phone does.

Write to [email protected]. For anything that is not urgent — a quote to look over, an invoice, a question about a repair we have already done.

Before you call

Four things that make the first call short.

None of them are required. Each one moves the conversation from guessing to booking.

What we ask for

  • The model and serial number. On most units it is on a plate inside the door or behind the grille.
  • What the unit is doing, in your own words. "Warm on one side" tells us more than a code does.
  • Any code or light on the display, and how long it has been showing.
  • Where the unit is: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties is where we work, and access decides how long a visit takes.

What happens next

  • We say what we think it is and what the visit will cost before you commit to anything.
  • You get a time slot we can keep, not the earliest one that sounds good.
  • The diagnosis happens on site, and the scope and price go to you in writing before anything is opened.
  • If the honest answer is that the repair is not worth it, we say so. It costs us the job and saves you the money.

Questions people ask first

Before you get in touch.

Are you the manufacturer's service line for Bosch?

No. We are an independent repair company working in Miami, and we are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Bosch. If your unit is still under the manufacturer's warranty, call them first: a repair by anybody else can end that cover.

When is somebody actually there?

Mon–Sun, 8am–8pm. Calls outside working hours reach the same schedule; we answer them in the order they arrive, and the form is the surer route if you are writing at night.

Which areas do you come out to?

Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. If you are on the edge of that, ask — the answer depends on the day rather than on a line on a map.

Can you quote a price over the phone?

We can give you the range this kind of repair usually falls in, and we do. We will not give you a firm figure before somebody has seen the unit: the same symptom has causes that differ by a factor of ten, and a confident number on the phone is a number designed to win the booking.

What does the visit cost?

There is a diagnostic charge, and it is credited toward the repair when you go ahead with it. The figure is on the booking form and on every cost page on this site.

Tell us what it is doing.

The model number and a line about the symptom is enough to get started.
